Microsoft PowerPoint is a tool that allows users to create powerful presentations. Next time you have to give a presentation, try printing handouts of your slides for participants. Handing out copies of your presentation can be a great way to leave a lasting impression.

Printing Handouts

Handouts differ from regular slides because they print up to nine slides on a single page. This layout makes it easier for viewers to compare information and saves on printing costs. To print handouts of your slides, follow these instructions:

45
This is similar to what your handouts from PowerPoint will look like.
  1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint
  2. Click on the Microsoft symbol in the top left corner
  3. Click on “Print”
  4. Under “Print What” choose “Handouts”
  5. From here, you can choose how many slides per sheet will print!
Now you can pass out handouts of PowerPoint presentations to clients or employees!
