Configuring
Microsoft Outlook XP
The following instructions will guide you through the process of
configuring Microsoft Outlook XP to check your Signature Hosting
account email.
1. Start Outlook and select Email Accounts from the Tools
pull-down menu.
2. Select Add a new e-mail account from the E-mail Accounts
screen and click on the Next button.
3. Enter your Signature account information in the appropriate fields.
• For YourName enter your full name, as you want
it to appear in your email messages.
• For E-mail Address insert your Signature account name at
your Signature domain (for example, username@YOUR-DOMAIN.NAME)
• Enter your Signature domain name for the Incoming Mail
(POP3) and Outgoing mail (SMTP) servers.
• Your User Name is your Signature account username
• Enter the password associated with your Signature account
username in the Password field.
4. Once you have entered all your information, click on the Next
button. You will then need to click the Finish
button to save your settings and return to the main screen.
